Linen + Fig Home Styling was born from a passion to create beautiful spaces that are casual + elegant; spaces that make you feel welcomed, loved, happy, and even a little pampered.

Whether it’s through online E.Design or hands-on staging + styling, I’ll show you how to use what you already own + love, and I’ll provide expert planning + sourcing to get great furnishings that complete the look you’ll love.

 
 

e.Design

E.Design is the latest trend in home decorating; it is revolutionizing the interior design industry!

This is a fabulous option for those who don’t mind doing a little legwork like measuring, light accessory shopping, and setting the furniture in place.

E.design isn’t for every situation, or everybody. If your project isn’t as complicated as moving walls, e.design may be all you need. There is some DIY involved, but if you can read a measuring tape, take a digital photo with your phone or camera, and have access to the internet, e.design is your new best design friend!

While I specialize in Contemporary, Coastal, and Scandinavian design, I enjoy working in all design styles. Your personal style is more times than not a combination of styles, and I find that to be a beautiful thing.

Communication is key, so I’m available during business hours via email, text messaging, and phone. I promise to walk with you through each step, and to make it easy and fun. I want you to love your new space!

Professional Consultation

  • Up to 3 hours walk-through consultation + 10-page report 

  • We start with your first phone call. This is where we discuss your move, your needs, your wants, and your schedule. If it sounds like we are a good fit, I will schedule your walk through where we go through your home together, room by room. I will show you what should be boxed up, borrowed, and bought. Most homeowners are happily surprised that they can use what they already own and love. I just show them a new way to use it! 

  • I give you a detailed 10-page report of our findings, including a homework list that will help you get your house sold for the most money in the shortest possible time.  

  • If you love DIY, this is all you need!

  • Guidance for the professional photoshoot, making sure everything is staged well for perfect pictures so your online photos will stand out

  • Best for houses 2,000 square feet or smaller


Classic Staging

  • Design research of your buyer demographic (if you’re selling your home) + rental furniture research and full design prep

  • Up to 6 hours of in-home staging setup

  • Guidance for the professional photoshoot, making sure everything is staged well for perfect pictures so your online photos will stand out

  • Best for houses 2,100- 3,500 square feet


Supreme Staging

  • Design research of your buyer demographic (if you’re selling your home) + rental furniture research and full design prep

  • Up to 14 hours of in-home staging setup

  • Guidance for the professional photoshoot, making sure everything is staged well for perfect pictures so your online photos will stand out

  • Best for houses 3,500 square feet or larger.


Professional Shopping

  • I will purchase the items needed from the shopping list created at walk through. I have access to trade discounts and know just where to find the items you will need at the best prices available. 

  • Generally, 1-2 hours is all that is needed.
